The measurement of the size of the shower room manufacturer is very important. If there are errors or errors in this link, the subsequent ordering, production, installation and other tasks will be greatly affected or even impossible to complete, so everyone must pay special attention to:

A. Shower room size: the size of a traditional shower screen
If the wall is locked with an adjustable aluminum screen, the order size can be 5mm smaller than the actual size after measurement. If you lock the wall with a glass clip screen, the order size can be 3mm smaller than the actual size after measurement. Make sure not to enlarge the size.
In addition, the walls of some buildings may be slightly inclined, so when measuring, please measure the width of the upper, middle and lower positions (W1/W2/W3), and use the smallest size as the customized product size. Special reminder: If the screen is equipped with a screen rod, the top size of W3 must be measured, otherwise there may be a problem that it cannot be installed.

B. Shower room size: the size of a regular room
Uniformly stipulate the size of all houses as the outer size of the stone base (W1/W2) (take a standard house as an example, the measured size is the outer edge of the bottom basin)

C. Shower room size: measurement of abnormal conditions
Certain terrains may require reinforcement of the door, or lengthening of the pole. At this time, the size of the abnormal part should be measured and marked on the order; in addition, attention should be paid to the abnormal condition of the bathroom, and the correct opening direction, internal and external opening method, and the size of the movable door should be determined.

D. Shower room size: measurement of embedded stone foundation
If the customer has pre-embedded a knife-shaped or fully curved and fan-shaped stone base, the customer must measure whether the stone base conforms to the standard arc of each manufacturer. It is best to let the customer's paper cutting mold arrive at the manufacturer, or compare it with the standard stone base in stock. Confirm that if the arc position differs by more than 10mm, the order cannot be placed.

E. Shower room size: measurement when the stone foundation is embedded and the stone foundation is slotted
If there are grooves on the stone foundation of the house (as opposed to hinged doors), please measure the actual size of the groove on the stone foundation and indicate the corresponding groove depth.
